KEYNOTES

  • How are you?, No Really…

A mindful guide from burnout to navigating the day-to-day & reconnecting with joy. Walking into the office, or the house, or a hang out doesn’t wipe off the weights of our days. That argument, hardship, or stress remains in the body and mind, and this fast-paced world can convince us to believe suppressing down, putting off, or numbing our pain away is a viable answer. We walk through mindful tools, stories, and perspectives to recognize what to do if we need a life raft, and how to spot others drowning.

  • An exploration of the different ways men’s mental health impacts and presents in the world. Oftentimes we speak to men, about men, around men’s issues, but don’t speak TO men. Messaging is so confusing around masculinity and what it means to be a “good” man leaving us to feel like we have to check so many boxes to have value in society. We explore major issues facing men’s mental health while providing practical tools all can use in their journeys.

  • Jordan also speaks on his journey as an engineer, entrepreneur, and artist. Find out more
